Mission and Vision

MISSION

The Career Application and Research Center (KARMER) was established to guide our students in developing their interests and talents and making career plans by creating career awareness from the first year they enter the university. In addition, our main goal is to train and guide graduates who are well-equipped, preferred, highly employable and leading graduates in our country and in the world.

VISSION

- To enable students to discover their interests and talents in the process of self-knowledge,

- Supporting the identification and realization of career goals,

- To help them find job and career opportunities where they can develop themselves by combining their professional knowledge and skills with their individual talents,

- To enable the students who will graduate to get to know the sector and the business world closely, to have information about internship and job opportunities,

- Providing the opportunity to meet with managers and/or representatives of private (national/international) and public institutions and organizations,

- Providing the opportunity to come together with academicians who stand out with their expertise and achievements in the field,

- To provide information about domestic and international graduate and doctoral education, job and internship opportunities,

- Helping them develop their individual skills and abilities through personal development trainings and seminars,
